Our client’s Workplace Rehabilitation division is continuing to grow, and they’re now seeking an experienced NES Team Manager to lead and support their New Employer Services team in Sydney. This role is ideal for a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist with strong occupational rehabilitation experience who is ready to step into a more influential leadership position. You’ll oversee a team delivering high-quality new employment services across workers compensation and related schemes, supporting consultants to achieve strong vocational outcomes, durable placements and meaningful return-to-work results. As the NES Team Manager, you will: Lead, support and mentor a team of NES Rehabilitation Consultants across Sydney Oversee new employment services, vocational counselling, job seeking strategy and placement outcomes Work closely with senior leadership to drive quality, performance and strong client results Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, case reviews and support with complex vocational barriers Assist consultants with labour market analysis, transferable skills assessments and job placement planning Conduct quality assurance on reports, vocational plans and RTW strategies Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members as the service grows Maintain a small complex caseload where required, delivering high-quality vocational rehabilitation services Build strong relationships with insurers, employers, treating providers and other key stakeholders Contribute to service improvement, customer engagement and sustainable NES outcomes If you’re an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist in Occupational Rehabilitation looking to step into NES leadership, this Sydney-based opportunity offers the salary, flexibility, mentoring and career progression to match your ambitions.
